Wearing/Putting on:

• Wear with the side containing the blue handling tape at the back.

Changing/Removing:

• You can either take it off as it is or tear it open from both sides.
• For bowel movements, tear open from both sides and remove it by placing one hand in the crotch area.

Disposal:

• After use, roll it up and then secure it by peeling off the blue handling tape.
